I am home based, so I do not wash hair unless we have discussed otherwise. - No extra people, no exceptions! They will be asked to leave. - If you are showing symptoms of Covid-19, you will be asked to leave and will have to reschedule. - When booking your appointment, please read each description thoroughly to know exactly what you are booking. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out via dm on IG or Contact via website. PAYMENT: - There is a $10 deposit requirement upon booking. If deposit is not paid, appointment will not be secure. DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE! - Upon appointment day, the rest of the service can be paid in cash, cash app, Apple pay or Zelle. LATE POLICY: - Please arrive on time! There is a 10 minute grace period at the start of your appointment. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added to your total. - If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule. Please communicate to me if you are going to be late by texting or calling the number provided. (757-768-1261) CANCELLATION: - If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so up to 24 hours in advance from your appointment. - Same day cancellation or no shows will result in a 50% cancellation fee, plus non-refundable deposit.
